Grand jury indicts Portsmouth man on murder charge

forsterAnother case of someone reporting a crime to the police, the police doing their job and bringing the bad guy to court and the court falling down on the job.

Days before her death, Forster was convicted in Portsmouth General District Court of stalking Davis. He did not receive jail time for the misdemeanor offense. 

A peace bond was supposed to keep him away from Davis, a woman he dated last year.  -=SOURCE=-

A peace bond?  A peace bond is a piece of paper.  Simply that.

I wonder if she would have been alive if the judge would have locked this scum up.

He was convicted of STALKING - In fear of death/assault - A class 1 misdemeanor which carries with it a maximum of 12 months in jail and a $2500.00 fine.

12 months…
