I make it a point to read Weblog Tools Collection daily.  The folks there do a good job of keeping, at least me, up to date on the latest and greatest gizmos and gadgets for WordPress.

Recently Mark (owner) posted about some Administrative Interface skins/themes that he found for the back end of WordPress. 

I took a look at a few of them but found that WordPress Tiger Administration Download was my favorite.
